At Confederation Park near the corner of Elgin and Laurier Sts. you can see this amazing work of icy beauty and every few minutes a flame shoots into the night skies lighting up the whole area. With the weather staying cold and two more weekends of Winterlude left, this should be on display for awhile yet.
