Today is May 3 and Canada Post has issued a new stamp to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of Ottawa being named the Capital of Canada. It is being release with 2 prices, one for domestic and one for international use. Official First Day Cover envelopes will be sold with Ottawa as the cancellation mark on it.
