CFRA 580 A.M. - 60TH ANNIVERSARY


















On May 3 CFRA Radio on Station 580 AM celebrated it's 60th Anniversary since going on the air. A big celebration at the Chateau Laurier with an old fashion "Live Broadcast" had current and former members of the station do a broadcast as it was 60 years ago. http://www.cfra.com

CFRA FOOD AID DAY - 2007



















On May 3 CFRA Radio held their annual Food Aid Day at the Central Experimental Farm. Over $90,000 was raised to go towards helping area farmers and the Ottawa Food Bank. http://www.cfra.com

On June 17 the GCTC had an open house and farewell party to the place it has called home for most of it's 25 years. Lots of memories and stories and talk about the productions, the music and the people who made it happen. On September 8 & 9 the GCTC will be having an open house from 12 to 5 PM to let the public look over their new digs at the Irving Greenberg Theatre Centre located at 1233 Wellington St. West at the corner of Holland Ave. http://www.gctc.ca/
