The Ottawa Folk Festival is please to welcome Tamara as the new Executive Director. Ms. Kater comes to the Festival with many years of experience in finacial management, staff management and has great team building skills. With her passion for Folk Music she is a perfect candidate for this role as the Folk Festival heads into it's 14th season says Board President Pam Marjerrison.
