On March 6 Julian Armour, the Artistic Director of the Ottawa International Chamber Music Festival, surprised many by announcing that he was quitting the festival that he founded in 1994. He and the Board of Directors have been having differences as to the direction the Chamber Festival should be going. A group of concerned music lovers and others will be meeting to see if they can't bring Julian and the Board back together to try to work things out.Monday, April 2, 2007
