Mr. Lord and Mr. Grassi are part of the Gold Medal winning Paralympians that won for Canada on the Sledge Hockey Team at the 2006 Olympic Games in Torino, Italy. Held February 27 at the Congress Centre, the Auction raised $50,000 in support of the Canadian Paraplegic Association of Ontario. General Hillier was the Guest Speaker and Mayor Larry O'Brien and former Mayor Jacquelin holzman were Honourary Co-Chairs. Cindy Scott in the above picture is a Co-Chair of the Event along with Norvinda Rodger (not pictured).
