1857 To 2007 On Ice At The Historic Rideau Canal

This was taken Friday Feb. 2 at the Opening Of Winterlude 2007 Edition. The National Capital Commision who put's on this celebration of winter has many plans in place to Celebrate the naming of Ottawa as the Capital Of Canada.
